ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

We are a pioneering tuition-free public charter school serving the Lowcountry in South Carolina. Founded in 2023 with a commitment to ensuring that all students, regardless of their socio-economic background, have access to high-quality education., We believe in a holistic approach to learning that focuses on the whole child. Our mission is to empower students to reach their full potential and prepare them to thrive in an ever-changing world.
We currently serve students in grades K-1 and will be adding a grade level each year. We currently serve lower elementary and are enrolling students now for the upcoming 2024-25 school year.

- Ed Reform Experience: Familiarity with charter school policies, operations, funding, and family engagement
- Education Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in educational leadership, ideally with direct experience in a charter school leader role, with a track record of success*
*Note: Those who currently serve as an Executive Director or President/CEO of a mission-driven organization that is not a charter school, but have experience engaging diverse populations in a direct service organization are encouraged to apply.
Salary $150k+
