Hiring assistant preschool & toddler Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 1:30 pm
School begins September 3, 2024 – May 23, 2024. Our play-based Preschool needs nurturing teachers for classes of children ages 14 months to 5 years. We have many experienced teachers who will train alongside you. There are 2 teachers in a classroom. Our program is over 40 years old, and it is a wonderful place to work. Your job will entail nurturing, creating, reading, playing, supervising, redirecting, diaper changing, cleaning, and teamwork with our staff. PDO follows the Denver Public Schools Calendar for holidays, etc. The teaching day is from 9 am to 1:30 pm. I need a teacher who can work 1,2,3, 4 or days per week. PDO is under Colorado Licensing, so we have specific requirements to fulfill for the needs of Lead or Assistant Teacher positions. Background checks and fingerprinting are needed before starting, this is paid for by the school. Teachers will need to have roughly 6-8 hours of training completed at the start of employment, this training will be paid for by PDO.
