Job Description

The Program Associate will be expected to:

 

• Partner with the Program Associate and Assistants.
• Partner to deliver the Peer Motivation and Peer Mentor Programs within a school and community setting.
• Learn and partner with the Focus Family (Enfoque La Familia) Process.
• Outreach and build a volunteer base for the growth of the three programs and retreats.
• Maintain records that relate to programs and office procedures.
• Embrace the retreat process for young adult participants ages 18-35 and adult leaders (ages 36+).
• Partner with social media team effort.

• Enjoy finding and making use of the diverse talents of staff and volunteers.
• Ability to encourage and motivate staff and volunteers.
• Understand and value the fact that the road to maturity for young adults in their 20’s and 30’s is a gradual process.
• Desire to motivate a values-based process for cultural maturity.
• Experience in managing conflicts.
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with youth and young adults
• Open to spiritual growth opportunities.
• Flexibility to time management including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience in community organizing.

 

Salary Negotiable with a full Benefit package
