Operations / Administration Director, School Improvement
Job Description
The Director of School Improvement leads the district strategy and implementation of school improvement efforts. This includes leading the School Improvement Team of 6 staff members, managing district and school improvement funding, tiering schools for intensive support or redesign, supporting schools with improvement planning, implementation of plans, and monitoring effectiveness of efforts to achieve dramatic improvements that result in exiting state accountability measures.
