Warren Village is actively seeking an energetic, passionate and skilled Early Learning Childhood Teacher

The Warren Village Learning Center serves children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old in a comprehensive, high quality early learning environment. Our Learning Center has a 4-star program quality rating by Colorado Shines. Our teaching teams are dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing learning environment that helps foster the development of the whole child. Warren Village places a strong emphasis on teacher training and application of Conscious Discipline®, an innovative social-emotional learning and classroom management program designed to give teachers the discipline skills they need to
address the emotional and social issues of children.
Essential functions:
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies
• Development of professional techniques and skills that promote quality early childhood
education
• Develop and maintain cooperative and respectful relationships
• Supervision and management of young children:
• Maintain complete and accurate records
• Maintain classroom and general building appearance.
Minimum Requirements:
• An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood education or a related field; a minimum of five classes in early childhood education, with at least one course being an introduction to early childhood education or guidance strategies.
• Three years of experience working with children ages infancy to five years.
Salary & Benefits: $19.30 – $25.10 per hour DOE. Organization is closed one week during winter holidays and one week during 4th of July (paid) to employees.
$500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.
