Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:
● The principal of this K-5 grade school will handle a variety of administrative duties including
budget, assessment, instructional programs, student discipline and supervision, staff evaluations
and supervision, scheduling, organization of activities, facility management and support of
teaching staff. The position is a 215 day contract year.
Qualifications:
● Colorado Principal License
● Teaching experience
Compensation:
● Salary depends upon education and experience according to the Administrative Salary Schedule
● Full-time position with benefits
Location:
● Gunnison Elementary School
Start date: August 1, 2023
