Instructional Support Extended School Year Opportunities
Job Description
Jeffco Public Schools is hiring for our Extended School Year (ESY) Program.
Extended School Year (ESY) is a summer school program, approximately five weeks in duration, for Special Education students who have been determined eligible for additional supports by their IEP team. ESY staff includes, but is not limited to principals, teachers, paraeducators, and paraprofessionals.
Multiple positions in various locations will be available. ESY runs for the month of July in the mornings: 7/6/21-7/28/21.
Locations will include:
- North – Campbell Elementary
- Central Elementary – Welchester Elementary
- Central Secondary – Sobesky Academy
- South – Mortensen Elementary
- Mountain – West Jefferson Elementary
This is a great opportunity to supplement your existing income and gain valuable experience in the classroom. Teaching, Special Service Provider and Leadership positions will require the appropriate Colorado Department of Education license.
