Job Title: High School Math Teacher
Reports to: High School Principal
Salary: $36,600 – $45,400
Work year: 166 days
Job Summary:
West Grand School District is seeking a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about working with students in a small, rural community. Qualifications:
- Must possess a Colorado Teacher License or be able to obtain one.
- Preferred middle or high school teaching experience.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure students achieve learning outcomes that are above average in the subject of mathematics.
- Create a classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Knowledge of subjects assigned
- General knowledge of curriculum and instruction.
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior.
- Strong communications, public relations and interpersonal skills.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
