Principal at Hudson Elementary School 2026-2027

Hudson Elementary School is seeking a dynamic and visionary principal to provide strong leadership to our teachers and support staff, to provide a quality instructional program, and to manage school operations.

Location:  Hudson, CO

Education/Experience:

• Colorado Department of Education License with School Principal Endorsement
• Master’s Degree or higher in Educational Leadership (official transcripts required upon hire)
• Minimum of five years teaching experience
• Previous school administration experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to relate well with children and other district staff and community members
• Able to use a variety of technologies
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills

Salary/Benefits:

• Competitive Salary of $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 annually, based on education level and experience.
• Benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance per district policy

• 205 work/contract days per school year.  Position start date is typically two weeks before returning teachers start and ends one week after the last day of school with approximately five summer work days. Approximate first work day date: July 25, 2022.
