Lewis-Palmer School District 38, nestled in the picturesque Monument, CO, invites dynamic education leaders to apply for the District 38 Principal Pool, for positions that are anticipated in the upcoming 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years. Selected candidates will be eligible to pursue future opportunities and play a pivotal role in shaping the future at one of our amazing schools. A key figure, supervised by the Superintendent, the Principal will spearhead planning, organization, staffing, administration, and evaluation in alignment with Colorado statutes, School Board Policies, and District Administrative Procedures.
As the visionary leader, the Principal will provide unwavering guidance to faculty, students, and parents, driving the District mission and ensuring the attainment of rigorous standards. Depending on school level, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000-$125,000, reflective of experience, with a strong emphasis on recognizing the value of school administration expertise.

Our ideal candidate possesses a Master’s Degree, holds or is eligible for a Colorado Principal License, and brings successful teaching experience.
