As an educator with the new Marygrove P-20 “Cradle to Career” education model, you will partner with a co-teacher to develop and implement an educational program for 0-6 year olds. The curriculum will include experiences that support a full range of developmental and social/emotional needs, including those that develop curiosity, initiative, problem-solving skills and creativity. Further, you will focus on team-building with your students and their families to embrace a strong sense of self and belonging.
You will have the opportunity to participate in trainings, workshops and other professional development to keep current in innovative and best-practice methods related to curricula, approaches to learning, healthy relationships, trauma care and social justice and DE&I.
